My darling Graham, I can hardly believe it's a year since we last saw your lovely smile.We miss you so so much,I really don't know how we've managed without you but it helps when we remember how strong you were and we gain courage from that. You would be so proud of your family they have been amazing. I think of you each and everyday and would give anything to see you one last time to tell you how much I love and miss you.
